| Many smaller and mid-sized
companies are so busy with daily operations they
don’t have time to get information technology (IT)
organized….even though we realize today that
business goals are hard to meet without a good IT
plan.
At the same time, many
companies don’t really need a full-time executive to
manage IT personnel and resources.
This is where we add value.

HOW WE
WORK
We begin with an
introductory meeting to understand problems, define
goals, and coordinate a schedule. Then, we normally come
on-site to meet with key personnel, review systems, and
lead discussions. Sometimes we bring in experts to help
out with specific problems. Our deliverables include a
written report and plan covering all aspects of IT in
your organization. If necessary, we can return to lead
implementation of this plan.

Consider our CIO4ADAY or CIO4AWEEK services....
-
if you want your IT
investment to be all it can be
-
if you want your IT resources
to make positive contributions to your company’s
growth and success.
-
if you want to feel good
about your IT plan for the next few years.
